Fit4Baby community class $0 every month • Unlimited visits • FIT4MOM Little Rock and Pulaski Heights UMC are proud to host FREE Fit4Baby® prenatal fitness classes! The 45-minute Fit4Baby® classes include cardio, strength, flexibility & balance training. Fit4Baby® is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels following the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists guidelines for fitness during pregnancy. We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM® program to seek a physician's approval before starting any exercise program.
